1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase.

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.

To initiate a return:

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

1.4 Condition of Returns:
Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Products that arrive damaged due to improper packaging may not qualify for a refund.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be issued only for eligible returned products that pass inspection upon receipt.

2.2 Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

2.3 Deductions:
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except for cases where the product was defective, or an incorrect item was delivered.

2.4 Refund for Defective or Damaged Products:
If the product you received was damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • You may choose a full refund, store credit, or replacement.

3. Cancellations

3.1 Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped. To cancel, please contact us.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the return process will apply.

3.2 Refund for Cancellations:
For successfully canceled orders, refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation confirmation.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1 Customer Responsibility:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4.2 Company Responsibility:

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or refund.
